Our Work - Health Promotion

Integrated Health Promotion (IHP) Catchment Planning is an initiative of Department of Health (DoH). IHP Catchment Planning aims to:

•		Move towards a population health approach to health promotion program delivery
•		Strengthen collaborative partnerships
•		Improve the quality of integrated approaches to health promotion planning, implementation and evaluation

Summary Statement of Primary Care Partnership

 

The Kingston Bayside Primary Care Partnership members consider that the alliance is one of cooperation where integrated health promotion is a priority. There is a high level of trust between partners and the capacity to enhance the members for mutual benefit and a common purpose.
